We offer neuroscience-powered reading intervention services for children and young adults who struggle with reading! If your child is falling behind in reading, has low standardized test scores, or has difficulty with reading fluency, decoding (‘sounding out’), or comprehension, we can help with a proven program – Launch Learning Clinic.
We have a team of reading interventionists trained in two programs: Build (for younger children), and Take Flight (for mid-elementary students and up), both Orton Gillingham, evidence-based programs. Build focuses on phonological skills and letter-sound relationships. Take Flight includes the 5 essential components of reading instruction (per the National Reading Panel report): phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
We are excited to announce that Launch Learning Clinic now includes math intervention, using the Multisensory Math approach. This method uses hand-on, concept focused teaching strategies, is evidence based and aligns with standards based curricula and the focal points of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.
Launch Learning Clinic services are for children 5 and up, as well as young adults, who work with a reading or math interventionist either individually or in small groups of 2-3, matched by age and level.
Launch after-school services meet twice weekly for hour long classes, either Mon-Weds or Tues-Thurs. Daytime school-year sessions are also available for homeschooled students. We offer both in-person and virtual services. Our summer program has sessions meeting Mon-Thurs for an hour daily.
Launch services are competitively priced at $40 per group session or $64 per individual session, and cost is inclusive of all materials, progress assessment, parent conferences, and incentive program with prizes to boost fun and motivation. We also have financing options and payment plans. Contact us for a free initial consultation!
