Testing Services

Flint Hills Neuropsychology offers neuropsychological assessments for patients of all ages. These can inform diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide range of disorders. Patients first come in for an hour-long intake session where a complete history is taken, medical records are reviewed, and an individualized testing plan is generated. Testing follows, usually on a separate date, which can take from 1-6 hours depending on the specifics of the referral question. Results are communicated with the patient in a follow-up appointment, and the report of findings is sent to anyone you designate (such as your physician or school). For most clinical evaluations, a referral is necessary, so talk to your primary care physician, neurologist, or mental health care provider about whether neuropsychological assessment might be helpful in your case.

We can offer virtual appointments for intake and follow up sessions, and some types of testing sessions. This also depends on insurance coverage and the type of testing needed. Ask us if you are interested in telehealth services.
